The Job Overview
This role is in-office, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Costa Mesa, CA. This is an entry level role. We are on the lookout for highly motivated individuals with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills. As a Client Relationship Associate, your primary responsibility will be to communicate updates and expectations to clients. Collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams, you will play a key role in tracking project completion and being the primary point of contact with our clients. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Track client trends and report to management.
• Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts. 
• Respond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients.
• Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Additional duties as assigned.
